Dir. of Children's Ministries shall be a full-time position with hourly expectations of a minimum of 40 hours per week. The Director should be spiritually mature, morally responsible, emotionally stable, intellectually prepared, and practically equipped. The applicant shall have previous experience with Children's Ministry and/or day care work. The Director shall be under the supervision of the Pastor and shall be accountable to the Personnel Committee. Responsibilities include overseeing all areas of children's work; birth through 6th grade. This work shall include nursery, children's ministry, and the Mother's Day Out ministry.
